Founded by licensed esthetician and cosmetic tattoo artist Hannah Kramarczyk, Skin Ave has grown from a boutique brow studio into a full-spectrum aesthetic and wellness space. Rooted in artistry and elevated by medical precision, our team now includes Registered Nurses and Physician Assistants for IV therapy, certified injectors with years of clinical experience, skilled cosmetic tattoo artists, and our esteemed Medical Director, Dr. Jim Weber.

Hannah Kramarczyk, LE

Hannah Kramarczyk is the heart and visionary behind Skin Ave-a space where science, artistry, and soul meet to elevate your natural beauty. As a licensed esthetician and permanent makeup artist, Hannah’s hands have transformed hundreds of faces, but it’s her spirit that transforms lives.

Guided by a deep love for helping people feel confident and radiant in their own skin, Hannah founded Skin Ave with a mission: to offer state-of-the-art aesthetic services in an environment rooted in kindness, trust, and intention. From curating an elite team of medical and aesthetic professionals to personally shaping every detail of the client experience, Hannah’s passion and purpose are infused into every corner of the brand.

Her belief is simple-beauty begins with how you feel, not just how you look. With this philosophy, she has created more than a medspa. She’s built a movement of empowerment, transformation, and genuine care.

Dr. Jim Weber, DO

Dr. Jim Weber brings unmatched expertise and genuine passion to Skin Ave. as our Medical Director. A highly esteemed Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Michigan, he is a nationally recognized leader in medical research and education, with over 120 peer‑reviewed publications that have helped shape American Heart Association guidelines. His career includes nearly $10 million in federally funded research, service on advisory boards for top pharmaceutical companies, and editorial roles with multiple leading medical journals.

Recognized for his gift in making advanced medical knowledge accessible, Dr. Weber is a five‑time recipient of the University of Michigan’s Golden Apple Teaching Award and the national Alpha Omega Alpha Clinical Faculty Award. His expertise has been featured in Emmy‑nominated documentaries and national television programs, reflecting his commitment to advancing patient care and medical understanding.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Weber has a rich background in sports medicine and athletic regulation. He served for eight years as Michigan’s State Commissioner and later Chairman of the Unarmed Combat Commission, bringing multiple World Championship title bouts and UFC events to the state. As Vice‑Chairman of the World Boxing Council Medical Committee and ringside physician for USA Boxing since 2003, he has cared for elite athletes, including numerous World Champions-bringing a unique perspective on performance, recovery, and wellness to our Skin Ave. clients.

Haley Camargo RN, BSN

Haley Camargo is a compassionate and highly skilled registered nurse with a passion for helping clients feel radiant from the inside out. With a background in emergency medicine and advanced training in aesthetic injectables and IV wellness therapies, Haley brings both clinical precision and a nurturing touch to every service she provides.

Her approach is centered on natural, balanced results-pairing her deep understanding of anatomy with an intuitive eye for beauty. Haley is known for creating an experience that’s not only effective but deeply personalized and empowering.

Jessica brings over two decades of hands-on experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics, making her one of Michigan’s most trusted and respected aesthetic providers. As a dual-licensed clinician with credentials in dental hygiene (RDH), medical aesthetics (LMA), and laser technologies (CLT), she merges advanced knowledge of anatomy with a deeply intuitive approach to aging well.

Known for her meticulous eye and warm, client-centered philosophy, Jessica specializes in facial balancing, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers.

At Skin Ave, Jessica helps each client achieve natural, artful results that reflect their personal goals-empowering them to feel confident, radiant, and refreshed at every stage of life.

Amy Stodgell, RN, BSN

Amy Stodgell, RN, brings over two decades of surgical nursing experience to Skin Ave, with a foundation rooted in specialties like neurosurgery, stroke care, otolaryngology, and oral and maxillofacial reconstruction. A graduate of Northern Michigan University, Amy has spent her career caring for patients across complex surgical and vascular specialties-refining her precision, time management, and deep sense of empathy.

Her passion for aesthetics has been lifelong, and she has completed advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and thread lifting. Now, she blends her clinical expertise with her love for wellness by offering both in-clinic and mobile services that nourish beauty from the inside out. Whether administering injectables or customizing IV hydration therapy, Amy’s goal is to help clients feel restored, refreshed, and radiant...on their terms.

Callie Salyer

Callie brings a gentle touch and artistic eye to the art of lip blushing. With a deep passion for enhancing natural beauty, she blends technical precision with genuine warmth to help clients feel effortlessly confident and uniquely radiant.

A Livingston County native, Callie embodies the spirit of community and care that defines Skin Ave. She’s dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming space where every guest feels heard, supported, and celebrated. Her approach to permanent makeup is rooted in subtlety, symmetry, and self-love-elevating your natural features while preserving your individuality.

When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Callie reading, exploring new places, staying active, or relaxing with her family and beloved cat.

Kari Silver

Kari is a certiifed Permanent Makeup Artist with a natural gift for creativity and detail. Specializing in permanent eyeliner, she brings an artistic eye and steady hand to every service. Clients love her upbeat, warm personality and the way she blends precision with care.

Married and a proud mother of one sweet daugher, Kari approaches her work with the same dedication and joy she brings to her everyday life. Her passion for enhancing natural beauty makes her a trusted and joyful presence at Skin Ave.

Madalyn (Maddy) Dimond RN

Maddy is a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background in emergency department nursing, where she developed exceptional critical-thinking skills, resilience, and a deep commitment to compassionate patient care. Currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree, she is passionate about continuing to grow within the medical field while expanding the ways she can support and care for her patients.

Through IV infusion therapy, Maddy has discovered a true passion for the wellness side of nursing. She combines her clinical expertise with a personalized, client-centered approach to help individuals feel refreshed, restored, and supported in their overall well-being. Known for her warm demeanor and thoughtful care, Maddy is dedicated to creating a comfortable experience for every client she serves at Skin Ave.

Permanent Makeup | Paramedical Tattoo Artist

Jeri Wiley

Jeri Wiley is a certified permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo artist who specializes in restorative areola tattooing and advanced permanent cosmetics. With a deep passion for restorative work, Jeri focuses on creating natural, realistic results that help clients feel confident and whole after life-changing experiences such as breast cancer treatment and reconstruction.

Trained through The American Institute of Permanent Beauty & Rejuvenation and advanced areola training with Terry Lively of Tina Davies, Jeri combines technical precision with compassionate care. Her work also includes scar revision and other restorative tattoo techniques designed to help improve the appearance of surgical or traumatic scars.

Jeri approaches every client with empathy, artistry, and respect for their personal journey. At Skin Ave, she is honored to provide restorative services that support healing, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.
